OUR OFFERINGS
HIIT PILATES
A mat-based class, combining strength & flexibility elements of pilates, with low & high intensity format of HIIT (high intensity interval training).
Expect a mixture of strength & cardio blocks while you work up a bit of a sweat.
BARRE CLASSES
A mat & equipment based workout combing elements of dance, pilates & yoga. This is a full body workout, assisting with flexibility, mobility, toning and overall fitness.
Also combining a mixture of cardio and strength, with low impact and a focus on control through your entire body.
STRENGTH CLASSES
A body and free-weights based class, focused on building and toning muscle through the whole body. Using resistance to create strength, this class will work the whole body.
Expect slower, more controlled and site specific movements, to gain muscular and joint improvements over time, without high impact.

absolutely! our classes are designed for any level, from beginners to experts, with different levels & intensities available.
our classes suit those too nervous to go to a “regular” gym or studio; there’s a place here for everyone! -
- make sure you’ve booked a spot through the bookwhen app or website
- wear comfortable clothing you can sweat in
- bring along a yoga / pilates mat
- sweat towels are recommended, as is a reusable drink bottle
bare feet or pilates socks are fine for class

our studio space has a lounge / waiting area with kitchen use available to make yourself a tea / coffee before or after class
we have one shower available for those who need to head straight to work. please bring your own towel
